I'm a personal development trainer - based on mindfulness - who helps people access the benefits of living a more conscious life, respond to life’s challenges in effective ways and seek greater happiness and peace of mind. My role is like a personal trainer - but for the mind.

Using a mix of traditional mindfulness meditation practices and other exercises, my coaching focuses on easing everyday stress and anxiety and living a happier, more fulfilled, productive work and home life.

I've been exploring personal development for over 30 years and spent some of that time working with an international  training organisation. I add the most useful elements of what I've learnt over those years to my mindfulness training.

I have a mindfulness teaching qualification, awarded by Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body, having trained with Mindfulness UK.
