Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to present our programmes and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Your information will be shared only with:

• any individuals and organisations with which you authorise us to share it

• government bodies as necessary to comply with the law

 

Where will it be kept?

Computer, laptop, mobile phone, paper records. Electronic devices are password protected. These will be accessed only by us.

 

How long will it be kept?

The following criteria will be used to decide the retention period: enabling us to deal with queries, in case of claims, meeting legal and regulatory requirements. We will not keep your data for any longer than seven years after our last interaction.
